Our Developmental Treatment program is designed for children who are struggling to meet developmental milestones, exhibit developmental delays and/or have a medical diagnosis warranting nursing services. Children enrolled in this program attend our early education program daily Monday-Friday where individualize skills are addressed in a enriched classroom setting.
KidSPOT offers transportation services to meet the needs of families requiring assistance. Our KidSPOT vans are often spotted all over Northeast Arkansas providing transportation services to the children and families enrolled at KidSPOT. The goal of our transportation fleet is to offer access to early education, therapy, and medical appointments to families in need of assistance.
KidSPOT participates in the Arkansas Special Nutrition Program which provides reimbursement to our center for offering well balanced and nutritious meals and snacks to children enrolled in our facility. Through this program, KidSPOT offers breakfast, lunch, and one afternoon snack at established times. Meals are typically served family style, however have been altered due to Covid. Our food service staff maintain Safe Serve certification and are trained to provide specialized meals to meet dietary restrictions. Menus are approved by our dietician and rotate on a six week cycle.

KidSPOT Blytheville is staffed with highly qualified Speech Language, Occupational, Physical and Developmental therapists to meet the needs of those children who do. Evaluation and treatment services are provided in an array of settings including classrooms, treatment rooms, and specialized gym areas.

Enrollment for all programs at KidSPOT begins with a telephone call and/or brief meeting with one of our Intake Coordinators who will help determine which program option best fits the needs of your child and family. Once program options are reviewed, the Intake Coordinator will guide you through our application and placement process. This process is extremely important in our Jonesboro clinic given the various program options that are available. Additionally, our Intake Coordinators can answer all your questions, schedule facility tours, assist with insurance applications, transportation, therapy, and all other aspects of enrollment including state mandated enrollment documentation.
At KidSPOT, our team of Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses provide on-site care Monday-Friday. Not only do our nurses administer medications, they also work closely with audiology, local pediatrician offices, therapists, families, and are on the front-line for Covid compliance. In addition, our nursing staff maintains medical documentation, shot verification, medical records, prescriptions, referrals, and all other medical related documentation.
