KidSPOT is affiliated with multiple insurance agencies and accepts many private insurance policies. We understand determining policy coverage can be confusing. Contact our administration billing team and we will assist you in determining coverage and review any other options available.
Patients with private insurance and Medicaid will have services billed to private insurance first per Medicaid guidelines.
KidSPOT is a provider of Early Intervention Services through First Connections. Through this program, we are able to provide covered services to children ages birth-three meeting DDS guidelines for Early Intervention via state waiver funds. KidSPOT is enrolled a providers for all Arkansas Passes and does accept payments from all Passe providers for services rendered. If you have questions about your assigned Passe or benefit coverage, please contact our administration billing team for assistance.
KidSPOT does accept Arkansas Medicaid Part A and B and SSI. Our administration billing team is able to check eligibility, assist with enrollment, and notify parents when PCP assignments are necessary. Our administration billing team is available to answer any questions you may have regarding Arkansas Medicaid.
KidSPOT does accept Tefra. Our experienced team of intake coordinators also have information for enrollment in the TEFRA program and can assist families in completing the application.
KidSPOT does accept private pay for therapy sessions provided. Private payments are required at the time of service unless prior arrangements with the billing team has been authorized. Insurance co-pays and deductibles are also collected at the time of service or can be made online.
